Service Description

A community organisation that works to improve the well being of its residents with an inclusive and supportive environment, particularly for disadvantaged community groups. It provides information and referrals, community programs, tax help for low income individuals, low cost activities for young people and children, an accessible centre. Support and referral is available for child care, aged care, education, transport, disability services, mental health, employment, counselling, home care services, and community transport.
