Service Description
Community Health Services provided to the local community, including Child and Family Health Services, Aboriginal Health Worker, Asthma, Child Protection Counsellor, Palliative Care, Women's Health, Eating Disorders Dietician, Diabetes Education, Primary Health Nurse, Violence, Abuse and Neglect Service, and Counselling. Also offers counselling. Community Mental Health Team is in the same building. Also offers a Methadone Program.
