Service Description

Legal advice to disadvantaged clients about a range of legal problems, including; FAMILY PROBLEMS: what to do when relationship ends; family violence; where children live and who makes decisions about them; divorce and property disputes; EVERY PROBLEMS: fines, bills and debts; Centrelink problems; rights at work; problems with housing; PROBLEMS WITH POLICE and GOING TO COURT. Legal services and representation for eligible clients, provided through case grants. Free legal information to help people resolve their legal problems.
