Service Description

A community organisation that provides support for children, young people, families and communities. Services include early intervention, prevention and crisis support. Supports vulnerable children to reduce escalation and help children from entering out of home care or child protection. There is an Aboriginal Team that works with Aboriginal children, young people, families and communities to provide parenting programs, school transition, playgroups, family workers and programs.
