Service Description

headspace provides free, early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds. headspace can help young people with mental health, physical health (including sexual health), concerns about alcohol and drugs as well as work and study support. We provide support for young people who are experiencing periods of uncertainty, questions about sexuality, relationships, difficulties with friendships and information about contraception. We can also assist with referrals to other services if required.
