Service Description
The Aged Care Assessment Team is one of the assessment services accessed via My Aged Care; ACAT conduct comprehensive assessments of the care needs of older people with complex needs and help them access the most suitable types of care, including approval for Commonwealth subsidised aged care. All referrals need to be made through My Aged Care.
