Continence Foundation of Australia (NSW)
Service Description
Dedicated to raising awareness and supporting people in preventing, managing and treating continence related issues. Services provided include a CHSP Outreach in the Hawkesbury, Nepean and Blue Mountains LHD, where a nurse can visit at home to assess continence related issues. A Paediatric clinic for children aged 5-17 years and a NDIS Continence assessment service. All ages. Resources, educational events, and referrals are also provided.
