Service Description
Transportation to and from medical appointments, shopping shuttles and social activities for CHSP approved residents of Hornsby and Hu-ring-gai aged 65 years+ and ATSI people 50 years and older and their carers. Transportation to and from medical appointments for transport disadvantaged of any age when referred by a health professional/unit.
