Service Description

A community organisation that provides free services to young people aged 10-25, and families within the specified area. It focuses on well-being and connection within the community & empowers people to create more positive futures for themselves. Several programs are offered, including early intervention Family services & Youth, to engage young people with family, education, employment and the community (especially young people having difficulties at home, or who are homeless or at risk), employment , training through Case management, counselling, mentoring and family support/mediation is provided. Other services are available for people who are homeless or at risk, providing young people with Drug & Alcohol support & counselling, delivering employment support services, Domestic & Family Violence support services and Community Development Projects (including groups for diverse groups such as LGBTI
