Special Needs Dental Service
Service Description
A free dental service for people with special needs who live within the boundaries of the South East Sydney health service and have special needs including; homelessness, drug and alcohol issues and mental health issues. Eligibility is based on assessment, available to people 16 years and older. There is a welfare officer to provide coordination, administration and promotion of the dental service, and counselling and support to assist with engagement of other social and welfare services.
