Community Connect - Social Support Program

Service Description

The program assists CALD carers to reduce isolation and to address the diverse issues that they experience in their caring role. Provides social support to people from Cutlural and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds living in the council areas of Manly, Warringah, and Pittwater. The Caring for Carers program provides support, education, information, referral and assistance to carers, empowering them to manage the demands of their caring situation and to maintain their own health and well-being. The program is for people over 18 years of age.
