Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit
Service Description
A non acute inpatient unit with 14 beds. Provides treatment and support for people with mental illness who need rehabilitation support in a therapeutic environment to help transition to being independent in the community or supported community living. Runs individual and group programs with goal setting and for self development. The unit is for people with a mental health diagnosis, 18 years and older.
