Primary Integrated Care Supports Program (PICS)
PICS provides clinical care and coordination support provided by credentialed mental health nurses for people living with severe and persistent mental health issues, in the Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network region. Nurses work collaboratively with peer workers who provide psychosocial support. The goal of the service is to link people to the services, supports and activities they need to live independently in the community and link to on-going GP care.
