Service Description
Carers SA is the lead Carer Gateway provider in South Australia and also provides a range of supports for Carers including Carer Breaks and one on one support, as well as continues to play a strong advocacy role on behalf of Carers to ensure the Carer voice is heard and represented. Services include Carer Support Planning, Peer Support, Counselling, Tailored Support Packages, Coaching, Emergency Respite, Young Carer Services, Community Connection Program and Carer Breaks.
