Service Description

Supports families with seriously ill children by providing a home for them to stay in while their child receives treatment in hospital. Families are provided with a home away from home and includes facilitiies for cooking, laundry and a place to rest and support each other. Programs offered include a Family Retreat, for families to have a week at a retreat to enjoy a holiday together, Learning Program, to assist children catch up on missed school work following their illness, and a Family Room for families to relax at the hospital where their child is being treated.
