Service Description

Carer Gateway provides free services and support for people who assist a family or friend living with disability, mental illness, drug and or alcohol dependency, medical condition or someone who is frail due to age. Services and support include, counselling, peer support, coaching, tailored support packages, emergency and planned respite. Carers can call 1800 422 737 Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and select option one to speak with their local service provider. They will guide the carer through the registration process to match them with services and support based on the carer's individual circumstances. Carers NSW is the dedicated Carer Gateway service provider across Central Coast, Hunter New England and North Coast regions
