ACT Mental Health Consumer Network

Service Description

A consumer led peak body organisation that represents the interests of mental health consumers. It includes policy and forums, inclusion of people with mental illness, and working toward social justice. It is run by consumers with an intent to develop higher standards of mental health care and services. Other responsibilities include participation in research, lobbying the government and mental health service providers, facilitation of education programs for consumers and professionals.
