Service Description

Delivers government and privately funded in home services, case management, therapy, residential and respite facilities, and peer support in selected areas. Services include 24 hour telephone support, nursing services, Allied Health Service, home and garden maintenance, home care available for complex care such as Acquired Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Road Trauma, Complex Behaviour, and 24 hour and live in care. The service is approved Aged Care, NDIS, and Life Time Care and Support Provider.
