Fair Work Ombudsman
Service Description
The Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) is Australia's workplace relations regulator. It helps employees and employers understand their workplace rights and responsibilities and works with them to resolve workplace issues. The FWO's services are FREE and available to everybody working or employing in Australia. If you have a question about your workplace rights or responsibilities, such as minimum wages, sick and carer's leave, paid family and domestic violence leave, flexibility in the workplace, and protection from discrimination at work, the FWO can provide advice and assistance.
