Service Description
The highest court in NSW and comprises of the Court of Appeal and the Court of Criminal Appeal. The Court hears the most serious criminal matters and has supervisory jurisdiction over other NSW courts and tribunals. It is divided between Common Law- including Civil, Criminal and Administrative law matters, and the Equity Division that hears Civil cases.
