Service Description

Support services are provided to young people aged 16-25 years of age so that they are able to access services and be connected to community. Programs offered include Out of Home Care- residential and foster care, Education, Accommodation, Training and Vocational support, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander services, Engagement with family, Asylum Seeker services and settlement and Juvenile Justice Crisis Accommodation for young offenders on supervision orders.
