Older Persons' Mental Health Service
Service Description
The unit has a multidisciplinary team specialising in the assessment and management of people aged 65 years or more who have a psychological disorder or illness. Services are provided to those people experiencing cognitive defects or dementia. The unit is for older people who do not have a previous mental health history, unless it is a specialist to specialist referral.
