Service Description

Access Sydney Community Transport (Access Sydney) is a not-for-profit community organisation that offers accessible and affordable transport and social connection for older people, people with disability and people who are transport disadvantaged.

Mon-Fri: 9am-5:00pm

Referral System

People aged 65 years or over they must be referred by My Aged Care.

Disability Access

Yes. We provide accessible transport options, including wheelchair accessible vehicles with hoists.
