Service Description
Provides a range of community based recreational and leisure activities with the intent of developing and maintaining friendships and well being. It promotes community connections for people with a disability, aged 18-64. Activities are based on personal goals and suggestions and are offered in small group settings on weekends and weeknights. There is affordable transportation to and from all events. An NDIS provider.
