Service Description

Provides support for vulnerable families with children and adolescents who show early signs of, or are at risk of developing mental health problems. Services include a range of non-clinical mental health support. There are three levels of support. Intensive, long term, early intervention support that includes assessment, and assistance with identification of needs, Short term immediate assistance, and Community outreach. Priority to young people who are homeless, Indigenous, from CALD backgrounds, living in out of home care, or in families with unemployment, domestic violence, disability, trauma or drug and alcohol abuse.
