CatholicCare Personal Helpers and Mentors Program Sydney

Service Description

A program that supports people whose lives are severely affected by mental illness. Support provided by a Personal Helper and Mentor may include assisting participants to better manage everyday tasks such as housekeeping, finances and accessing transport. Assistance is also given to find suitable clinical support, help with family relationships, community involvement, and referrals to other services such as drug and alcohol support, housing or medical.
