Service Description

A Disability Employment Service that provides support to people with disabilities. Helps to identify and overcome barriers to employment, find suitable vacancies, undertake cold canvassing for positions, negotiate workplace modifications where needed, and maintain their employment when workplace or personal difficulties arise. The Transition to Work Program is for young people aged 15-21 years who are leaving school and seeking employment. Suitable for people 15 years and over.
