Parramatta Northmead Community Mens Shed

Service Description

A place for men to meet and relax while establishing new friendships, learning new skills and improving old ones. It's an opportunity to participate in activities such as community or individual projects, workshop projects and to socialise and discuss mental and physical health. The aim is to improve the overall wellbeing of men through social inclusion, physical, and mental activity. Men and women of all ages are welcome. This shed is predominately a woodworking group, men 18 years and older are welcome.
