Service Description
Responsible for delivery of policies, programs and services to support the health and wellbeing of all Victorians. The focus is on four areas, including Person Centred Services and Care, Local Solutions, Early Intervention and Support, Promoting Quality, Safety and Innovation. Other areas cover delivery of the government's reform agenda in response and prevention to family violence, gender equality and child and family services, training staff to deliver better outcomes, and engaging with patients, clients and community, and overseeing and improving housing initiatives, including social housing, mental health, drug and alcohol, disability services, and for vulnerable individuals and families.
