Toward Recovery Mental Health Service PHaMS
Service Description
A recovery based program that provides social support to people with a mental illness. The program is progressive recovery based, working towards a person developing independence and reintegration to the community and relationships. Assistance with referrals to other services is available, such as drug and alcohol services, housing and employment. Services available to people 16 years and older.
