Service Description

Provides care and support to people with disabilities, and their families. An NDIS provider. Services include Life Skills Training, including help with government departments and bills, Support Coordination, Health and Fitness with group and personal training, rehabilitation for injuries and chronic health conditions, nutrition advice, Short Stay Accommodation and Respite, Supported and Independent Living, Holidays, Social Activities, Vocational Services, Housing and Tenancy, and Disability Employment Services.
