Assessment of family and carer needs, Referral to other community services, Family support, Referral to Counselling, General information about mental health, Assistance with navigating the systems, Assistance with understanding family & carer's rights and responsibilities, Individual support and advocacy, Assistance with accessing respite, Assistance with planning ahead, Access to education and training programs.
