Service Description

This service provides evidence-based advice, information and strategies for care workers and family carers of people living with dementia. Specific to people who are demonstrating severe and persistent behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia that are impacting on their care. Provides advice, information and referral services. Visits may be arranged if necessary. Service is for carers in any location in NSW including at home and in facilities.
