Service Description
Provides advocacy for people with a disability, including mental illness, who have been unfairly treated or wish to challenge NDIS decisions in the Hunter Region. It also provides people who have been severely injured in motor accidents with treatment, rehabilitation and care, as well as support and advocacy through the dispute process. They promote systemic advocacy in relation to avoiding repeated problems for people with disability, students with a disability, legal disadvantage, access to justice services, and legal services delivery to economically and socially disadvantage groups, including those with disability.
