DISABILITY EMPLOYMENT SUPPORTS (DES) Employment service for people with disability, injury or health condition requiring support to secure paid employment. Ongoing support to maintain sustainable employment. Support the transition from school to employment for young people with disabilities. Supports include assistance in preparing for the workforce, identifying realistic job choices, working through barriers to employment, jobseeking including resume and interview training, specialised training if needed and on-the-job support. An established provider with friendly and experienced staff ready to support you to achieve your employment goals. BUSY Ability is also a proud provider of the Australian Government’s Workforce Australia Specialist Program, an employment service for people with a lived experience of the justice system.
