Family Connect and Support
Service Description
This service links vulnerable families, parents and young people with national, state or local government services. Assistance is given for accessing family support services, home visits, drug and alcohol treatment programs, mental health services, family safety support, counselling, supported playgroups, youth support services, financial assistance, domestic violence.
