Service Description
KidsXpress provides Expressive Therapy to children under the age of 12yrs impacted by adversity who may be experiencing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, social difficulties or grief and loss. In expressive therapy sessions children access the therapeutic benefits of music, art, drama, dance and play to enhance their emotional wellbeing.
