Mountains Youth Services Team
Service Description
Provides care and support to young people affected by, poverty, distress, helplessness and misfortune. Works with young people and families who have complex and critical needs. Services include emergency practical assistance, ongoing case management, home visits, family and court support, and advocacy. Adolescent counselling is provided for young people experiencing difficulties and will include parents if there are relationship and conflict issues at home.
