Mental Health Rehab Unit-Sutherland Hospital
Service Description
A 20 bed in-patient mental health facility. The focus of the service is on wellness and recovery and relapse prevention. The overall aim is assisting people in the transition to independent or supported living. Uses a client centred approach to treatment, which means that clients have the opportunity to set goals to work towards and guide their own treatment. Must have a mental illness diagnosis for this facility and be 18 years and older.
