NSW Quitline

Service Description

NSW Quitline is a free and confidential information and counselling service. Our Quitline counsellors come from a wide variety of backgrounds and have experience in supporting people to quit smoking and vaping. Counsellors help with preparing to quit, avoiding slip ups and managing cravings, and how to stay smoke free. The iCanQuit website provides useful information on planning to quit and other relevant information. Quitline has Aboriginal counsellors to yarn with mob about quitting. There are also bilingual counsellors and you can ask to use an interpreter to speak with the counsellors.
