Family Connect and Support Service Far North Coast
Service Description
A support service for families who need help, to connect them to services and community resources that may be able to assist them. It is an early intervention and prevention service that provides case coordination and referrals. Assistance is available with domestic violence experiences, housing and accommodation, financial assistance, counselling and mediation, mental health issues, parenting, and finding culturally appropriate support. NDIS provider.
