Northern Territory Crisis & Assessment Telephone Triage and Liason Service

Service Description

A free and confidential 24-hour hotline for mental health inquiries from anyone experiencing a mental health crisis or concerned about someone's wellbeing. Carers and clients can call to receive advice and information regarding medication and other aspects of their management plans. The service also assists with a seven day follow up of clients discharged from mental health inpatient units and enables prompt follow up of new referrals.
