Small Steps Seminars
Service Description
Small Steps is an education program, part of Wayahead's Anxiety program. Small Steps aims to raise awareness and improve recognition of anxiety disorders in children. The seminars specifically target teachers and school staff as well as parents and carers of primary school aged children. Topics include: signs and symptoms of anxiety disorders, anxiety in childhood, the cycle of anxiety, strategies to reduce the impact of childhood anxiety.
