Service Description
Flourish Australia delivers Specialist Homelessness Services across the New England region, providing support to people who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. Services include early intervention, case management, housing and tenancy support, assistance to access crisis or transitional accommodation, referrals to health and community services, advocacy, practical support and assistance to maintain stable housing. The service supports young people, men, women and families, including people with complex needs and other priority groups.
