Service Description
A Mental Health Hub run by Flourish Australia that provides multiple services and programs including: - Centre-based group supports through the NDIS and LHD - 1:1 Community-based supports through the NDIS, the PHN or LHD - Employment Support through our IEA program Services are accessible for people aged 16 and older but most supports are accessible for people aged 18 years and older. Flourish Australia is a NDIS registered provider.
