Mosman Carers Support Group

Service Description

A supportive and welcoming group for relatives and friends caring for someone living with illness, disability, dementia or mental illness. The group provides a relaxed environment to share experiences, information, referral resources and practical support. Meeting three times a month, the group includes guest speakers on a range of relevant topics, as well as art therapy sessions. The group is primarily attended by female carers.
