Active Care Network Community Transport
Service Description
Provides regular door to door services to clients requiring assistance with appointments and services. Works throughout the Penrith, Blacktown and Blue Mountains LGAs. A mini bus is used to take clients to appointments, such as medical, dental, oncology treatment, respite and social outings, and hospital appointments. There is one to one shopping assistance for individual carers and companions with high needs. The service is available to people who are frail aged, have a disability, and carers who are accompanying them.
