Provides a range of programs including the Access Community Team, that provides support to people with intellectual disabilities, in their homes, Family mediation, Direct employment for clients with a disability, Transition to Work, a program for young school leavers who have a mild disability, and PHaMS, Personal Helpers and Mentors.
