Uniting Housing and Accommodation Support Initiative (HASI)
Service Description
Work in partnership with clients to set goals that will support change and improve wellbeing across different areas of their life. Based on own unique needs, preferences and goals, and can include getting support for: Shopping, cooking, taking public transport and other daily activities Life skills, including looking after your finances Reminders about appointments, medication and other treatments Meeting people in their community and social activities Accessing education, training opportunities or finding a job Moving back home after a stay in hospital or prison Accessing drug and alcohol services, the National Insurance Disability Scheme (NDIS) or other support services. This program does not provide social or community housing.
