Service Description
Works in local communities to help people on their mental health recovery journey. Services provided include advocacy, psychosocial rehabilitation, support with socialisation, budgeting, meal preparation, property care, links to other services, mental state and medication monitoring. Provides various levels of accommodation support and living programs to people with mental illness. Provides advice to family members and friends who may need access to information about supporting a loved one with a mental illness and helps them to find support services for themselves.
